- Third-Party Booking Systems: Bookings and payment transactions may be handled through our partner booking engines (including Bókun and Viator). By completing a booking, you agree to abide by the applicable terms and privacy policies of these third-party platforms.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as participant names and contact details) when making a booking.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Modifications
- Customer Cancellations: Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific policy stated at the time of booking or on the booking platform used.
- Weather and Unforeseen Events: Tours run rain or shine unless severe weather, safety hazards, or public transport failures make conducting the tour unsafe. In the event that the Company cancels a tour due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule date.
- Punctuality: Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no-shows once a tour has commenced.
Health, Fitness, and Assumption of Risk
- Physical Fitness: Our walking tours involve outdoor walking, stairs, and navigating public transit. You are responsible for evaluating your physical fitness and deciding whether a tour is suitable for you or members of your party.
- Assumption of Risk: By participating in a tour, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with walking in urban environments, including but not limited to weather exposure, slip-and-fall hazards, and public transport navigation.
- Personal Property: The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during a tour.
Acceptable Use
